RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY.

 

We truly hope you love and enjoy your purchases from ‘agio/. However, we understand that you may need to return an item. All online orders are eligible for Store Credit Only.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eleigible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Featured Items, Items purchased on sale and items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE.

Other items that are final sale are leggins, accessories and items marked as Final Sale in their individual descriptions.

Damages and Issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer exchanges.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis our order processing times may take longer than usual. We are working hard to fulfill your orders in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.

At ‘agio/ in Vail, CO we strive to make shipping logistics simple for all of our customers.

We currently offer shipping options only in the USA. All orders are processed within 3-5 days. Standard Shipping is via the USPS Priority Mail service (3-5 business days) for a flat $8 fee for 1 item and $15 for a flat rate box. If you require express shipping, extra insurance or have special requirements, please call/email us with requests and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Please verify all shipping information prior to submitting your order. Contact your loccal post office for any questions regarding missing packages.
